| Casa Azucar, House of Sugar, is truly that, a sweet little piece of paradise! Four bedrooms and sleeps 10 comfortably with a private beach and a world of fun. A half hour north of Mahahual, in the Rio Indio area, Casa Azucar was designed and built by an American family wanting to provide a real family ambiance, which they did quite well. Very fun place! |
| Casa Azucar is located next door to Casa Amarilla, another of the areas nicer accommodations as well, and maintained by the same English-speaking caretakers who can seamlessly blend the use of these two properties for larger groups, family reunions, and even small weddings. |
| Floor plan allows lots of flexibility within the group. The main living level is upstairs; great room, master and bunk room for the on the lower level, each with queen on the lower level, each with queen beds and private beach access, great for two families or three couples with kids. |
| Rooftop patio provides a 360 degree panoramic view of the Caribbean and the jungle lagoons on the inland side of the property. Morning sunrises, evening sunsets, moon rises, no matter. Do them all from here! |
| The modern kitchen with most of conveniences you'll need, combine with a comfortable sitting and dinning area done in local hardwoods, to make a rustic, but elegantly done great room with walk- out oceanfront balcony. Plan to spend some quality time in both. |
